Our Mission, Vision & Core Values

November 2006

 Our Mission

Elim Bible Chapel exists to glorify God by being and making mature disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ  Matt 28:18-20, Romans 12:1

We will endeavor to do this by seeking opportunities to introduce people to Jesus and baptizing them in Christ; by teaching them to obey everything that He has commanded, and by providing opportunities for them to serve Him through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our Vision

To be a church community that seeks to foster authentic relationships with God and one another through true fellowship  1 John 1:3, 6-7, John 17:22-23, Heb 10:24-25

True Fellowship is “participating together in the life and truth made possible by the Holy Spirit through our union with Christ.  It is sharing with each other our experience with God himself.” (in part from Why Small Groups?, C.J. Mahaney, Sovereign Grace Ministries, 1996. pg 19)
